AIsland DocSig thanks the Web3 foundation’s funding

Aisland received a generous grant from Web3 Foundation. With this funding, AIsland is aiming at continued development of their Docsig Dapp project, this is a core fundamental part of our Aisland project and a big step towards growing our own Aisland blockchain. The Docsig Dapp is an open-source project which allows users to store, sign and exchange e-documents using blockchain technology. We selected the Substrate framework to implement with our project due to its benefits, such as wide eco-system, widely trusted and easy to implement. These were crucial to our project as decentralization and trust are core fundamentals to ensure our E-document Dapp is respected and trusted.

The Web3 foundation funds research and development teams building the technology stack of the decentralized web. It was established in Zug, Switzerland by Ethereum co-founder and former CTO Gavin Wood. Polkadot is the foundation’s flagship project.

Aisland Docsig isn’t the only project on the blockchain developed by Aisland, as they have made commitments to a variety of decentralized and open-source web3 projects and they have made it their mission to offer a variety of secure and open-source software with the use of their Aisland blockchain.
